    However, Ezziy ensures all sellers uphold the following minimum standards.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    You may request a return if:
    The item is damaged or faulty
    The item is not as described
    The wrong item was delivered
    You changed your mind (where applicable)
    Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, opened food products).
  3. Return Window

    You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
    Faulty items may be returned within a “reasonable time”, typically 30 days.
